ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 coconut flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

6 tbsp ghee (can use coconut oil or butter) **make sure its at room temperature & not melted

3/4 cup coconut sugar

6 tbsp almond butter

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

instructions:

1. mix together the flours, baking soda + salt

2. in another bowl mix together the ghee, coconut sugar, almond butter, vanilla + egg

3. fold in the flour mixture & mix until combined, then stir in chocolate chips

4. put the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour (until firm)

5. preheat oven to 350 degrees

6. roll dough into 8 balls & flatten on parchment-paper covered baking sheet

7. bake for 11-14 minutes

8. let cool + enjoy!
