give me glo_ was born in 2021 from Alay Bowker’s passion for wellness and good food. What started as a simple Instagram food account quickly grew into something much bigger. Alay began sharing her personal journey, offering tips on how to nourish your body and feel your best. as a private chef and nutritionist, she saw the need to make healthy eating easier for everyone.

that’s where glo_kitchen and glo_ bars came in — delicious, nutritious options designed to simplify your path to wellness.

glo_ kitchen is a nutrition-focused meal delivery service that designs each and every meal to be as nutrient-dense as possible, using only the highest quality ingredients to help you feel your best. the menu is crafted with a focus on seasonal produce, balancing nutritional value and great taste

the service is currently only offered in the Los Angeles area for both pickup and delivery.

glo_bars are nutrient-dense bars made with simple, whole-food ingredients. they were created by Alay out of a need for a clean nutrient-dense bar for her clients to have on the go and for travel, when there weren't any up to her standards in the market she started making her own. focusing on the highest quality ingredients, but also with the goal of keeping her clients full and satisfied she perfected them with 15g of quality protein and 15g of fiber.
